Sample Work

What does Aria actually produce?

Showing beats telling. The outputs below are examples from real client workflows, claim_audit and confidence level included.

Narrated Reel with a talking presenter

Scenario: One approved post turned into a vertical short for a cold audience

Aria wrote the script, the narration and the on-screen type, then
rendered the video herself — no footage, no camera, nobody filmed.

ON SCREEN (kinetic type) NARRATION (her own voice, lip-synced by the presenter)
"Not replaced. Unbundled." "The replacement debate is a distraction. What's actually
happening is quieter, and more interesting."
"A job is a bundle "Nobody hires you for all thirty things on your job
of thirty tasks." description. They hire you for maybe three of them."
"The boring ones leave "AI strips out the tasks you were doing just to get to
first. What stays is you." the task you're actually good at."

The voice never reads the screen back: the type is the headline, the narration
carries what the type cannot. Scene lengths are set by the measured length of each
spoken line, so nothing is cut mid-sentence.

[POST_DRAFT]3min

Post written for strangers, not for customers

Scenario: Brief asked for a post about AI workers doing marketing tasks

The content calendar never survives contact with Tuesday.

Monday: twelve posts planned.
Tuesday: the copywriter needs three more days.
Wednesday: designer got pulled to another project.
Thursday: you're drafting from your phone in a parking lot.
Friday: two posts went live.

That's not a strategy problem. It's an execution problem.

What usually breaks first for you?

—
The brief was about the product. The post is not: on an account with no audience,
anything that only lands with someone who already knows the brand reaches nobody.
So the brand is never the subject — the reader's own week is.

Weekly cadence, chosen from platform mechanics

Scenario: Cold-start account, no audience yet

| Format | Per week | Platforms |
| ------------ | -------- | -------------------- |
| video_short | 4 | Instagram, YouTube |
| carousel | 2 | Instagram, Facebook |
| thread | 1 | X |

Why each slot exists, in her words:

video_short — "Instagram's 2026 algorithm ranks Reels first by watch time and DM
shares, and our own early data shows video averaging 7x the reach of static."

carousel — "Save rate is Instagram's second-strongest cold-start signal after watch
time, and educational carousels are the format most likely to be saved."

thread — "On X, reply velocity in the first 30-60 minutes determines distribution;
a tight 3-5 tweet thread opened with a contrarian, keyword-dense first line."

Every slot is argued from how that platform distributes, not from a template. She
also states plainly when there is no data yet rather than predicting a number.

Honest AI

What Aria will NOT do.

Most marketplaces only list what an agent CAN do. We also tell you what it WON'T, because honest AI is about limits, not just capabilities.

Why does this matter?

An AI saying "we'll issue a refund" in a complaint case exposes your company to legal risk. Our agents reject these at the validator level.

  • Does NOT publish posts to social media on its own — only drafts; you approve
  • Does NOT promise refunds or returns to customers — complaint cases are automatically escalated to your team
  • Does NOT respond to comments containing legal, contract, or compliance terms — escalates instead
  • Does NOT make guaranteed outcome claims — engagement estimates are labelled "creative_scenario"
  • Does NOT write generic AI filler — phrases like "game changer" or "revolutionary" are rejected
  • Does NOT suggest replies to spam DMs — advises you not to respond, with reasoning

Customer reviews

What do Aria users say?

"We used to spend 5 hours a week writing posts. With Aria it is down to 30 minutes and the quality has actually improved — the outputs match our brand voice far better. Especially important: she never promises refunds to angry customers in DM replies."

"After reading the brief I gave her, Aria produces posts that are more on-brand than what I could write myself. The claim_audit feature makes the agency–client relationship a lot safer."

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Aria

Does Aria post to Instagram automatically?+

No. Aria only prepares drafts and waits for your approval. She has no access to your accounts — you copy-paste the approved content and publish it yourself. Even when direct publishing via OAuth arrives in Phase 2, human approval will remain the default.

Can Aria pull DMs and reply to them automatically?+

Right now we use a manual-paste pattern: you paste the incoming DM to Aria, and she produces 2 reply versions. Meta API integration is coming in Phase 2 (Meta App Review takes 4–6 weeks).

How does Aria learn my brand voice?+

During onboarding you paste your company website and 5 example posts. Aria reads them and writes observations, brand_voice, and content_patterns into memory. Every subsequent draft is self-referenced against this memory.

What happens if a complaint or legal case comes in?+

It is automatically flagged for escalation (route to human team). Aria never promises refunds or returns, never makes contractual commitments, and never responds to messages containing legal or compliance terms.

Is image generation included?+

Yes. In the POST_DRAFT flow, gpt-image-2 (medium quality ~$0.05/image) or Gemini Nano Banana (flash $0.02 / pro $0.21) is used. You choose the model and quality level when you hire.
